Return Policy

SOAK EU Store is operated by Inis Records Limited (CRO 812415, VAT IE4722499FH).

Changed your mind?
You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to cancel it for any reason. For pre-orders, the 14 days start when the item arrives, not when you order.

To cancel, email us at info [at] inisrecords [dot] com (swap in the @ and . when you type it) with your order number and the items you want to return. You don't need to give a reason. You then have a further 14 days to send the items back to:

Items should be returned unused and in their original condition. You're responsible for the cost of return postage on change-of-mind returns, and we'd recommend a tracked service as we can't refund items that don't reach us.

Sealed music
Vinyl, CDs and cassettes can only be returned for a change of mind if they are still sealed. Once the shrink wrap has been removed, the right to cancel no longer applies. This doesn't affect your rights if the item is faulty.

Faulty, damaged or wrong items
If something arrives damaged, faulty or isn't what you ordered, email info [at] inisrecords [dot] com as soon as you can with your order number and a photo of the problem. We'll sort out a replacement or refund and cover the return postage. This doesn't affect your statutory rights under Irish and EU consumer law.

Clothing
Merch must be unworn, unwashed and with tags attached to be returned for a change of mind.

Cancellation form
You can cancel by any clear written statement, but if you like you can copy this into an email:

Refund Policy

Once we've received your return, or you've shown us proof that you've sent it back (whichever comes first), we'll refund you within 14 days of your cancellation.

What gets refunded

  • For a change-of-mind cancellation of your whole order, we refund the item price plus the original standard delivery charge. If you chose a faster or more expensive delivery option, we'll refund up to the cost of our standard delivery.
  • If you're only returning part of an order, we refund the returned items. Original delivery isn't refunded unless the whole order is cancelled.
  • Return postage on change-of-mind returns isn't refunded.
  • For faulty, damaged or incorrect items, we refund in full, including your return postage.

We may reduce a refund if a returned item has been handled beyond what's needed to check it, for example worn clothing or unsealed records.

Refunds go back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank it can take a few extra days to show up.

Customs and duties
The SOAK EU Store ships from Ireland, so orders within the EU won't have customs charges. If you're outside the EU and paid import duties or taxes on arrival, those are charged by your local customs authority and we can't refund them.
